If your pet is experiencing breathing difficulty, collapse, seizures, uncontrolled bleeding, inability to walk, toxin ingestion, or other urgent symptoms, please seek emergency care immediately. Clients are encouraged to call us during our open clinic hours, however we do recommended 24-hour emergency hospitals after-hours, or for cases we are unable to accommodate.
We do not offer full grooming or overnight boarding, but we do provide nail trims and some medical grooming services. Call our team for details.

Yes. While we do not process insurance claims directly, we provide all documentation needed for you to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

Please bring any previous medical records, a list of current medications, and any concerns or questions you’d like to discuss with the veterinarian. A stool sample should be obtained for all puppy, kitten, and wellness appointments. For new patients, we strongly recommend transferring previous records prior to your appointment so your medical team can prepare for your pet.
Vaccine schedules vary by age, lifestyle, and species. Puppies and kittens require vaccines every 3–4 weeks until around 16 weeks. Adult pets typically need boosters annually or every 3 years depending on the vaccine.
In Wisconsin, we recommend monthly flea & tick prevention starting at 6 weeks of age. Your veterinarian will help select the safest and most effective product.
Yes. Refills can be requested through our patient portal, online pharmacy, or by calling our clinic. Please allow 24–48 hours for processing.
